[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Dobong-gu (Mayor Oh Eon-seok) has proactively implemented quarantine measures to ensure a safe 2023 College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) and university-specific evaluations amid COVID-19.
The district operates the 'CSAT and University Evaluation Quarantine Management TF Team' from November 3, two weeks before the CSAT (November 17, 2022), until January 29, 2023, when university-specific evaluations conclude.
The TF team aims to minimize infections among college applicants and the local community, maintaining a quarantine response system for a safe testing environment. Key tasks include ▲supporting movement for self-quarantined examinees ▲special quarantine inspections for student safety.
Dobong-gu plans to remain vigilant even after the CSAT ends, as examinees will visit for university-specific evaluations such as essay tests and practical exams.
In particular, with approximately 5,500 participants expected for the essay test at Duksung Women's University on November 27, Dobong-gu will actively respond to COVID-19 quarantine and vehicle and traffic management in cooperation with Dobong Police Station and others.
Mayor Oh Eon-seok of Dobong-gu stated, “We will do our best to prevent COVID-19 and avoid traffic congestion so that examinees can fully demonstrate the skills they have worked hard to develop.”
