Lee Eun-ho, Former Secretary, Appointed as Gyeonggi-do's First Open-type Media Cooperation Officer

[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Province has made personnel appointments for 10 positions, including the appointment of Lee Eun-ho, former press secretary of the Gyeonggi Provincial Secretary's Office, as the head of the newly opened open recruitment position of the Press Cooperation Officer in the spokesperson's office.

According to Gyeonggi Province on the 7th, the province issued new appointment orders on the 4th for 10 fixed-term public officials.

First, Lee Eun-ho, former press secretary, was appointed as the Press Cooperation Officer (Grade 4) in the spokesperson's office. The Press Cooperation Officer is the head of the spokesperson's office and had been held by general public officials, but after Governor Kim Dong-yeon took office, the position was unusually converted to an open recruitment position through the partial amendment of the "Gyeonggi Province Administrative Organization and Staffing Ordinance Enforcement Rules" in August. The term is two years.

Along with this, Kim Hyun-dae, former secretary of the Trade Policy Division at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, was appointed as the Future Growth Policy Officer (Grade 3) of the province.

Also, Shin Joo-kyung, former manager who worked as a fixed-term public official (Grade 6) in Gyeonggi Province and later handled public relations at Gyeonggi Province Corporation, was appointed as the Social Media Team Leader (Grade 5) under the Public Relations Planning Officer. The term is one year.

Furthermore, Choi Jeong-hwan was appointed as the Data Infrastructure Team Leader (Grade 5) in the Data Policy Division.

In addition, ▲ Kim Seung-beom (General Fixed-term Administrative Grade 6) was appointed as the Administrative Appeals Officer in the Planning and Coordination Office, ▲ Lee Dong-ik (General Fixed-term Administrative Grade 6) to the General Affairs Division of the Autonomous Administration Bureau, ▲ Choi Eun-soo (General Fixed-term Administrative Grade 7) as the Public Relations Content Officer in the Public Relations Planning Office, ▲ Jang Jeon-hyung (Local Time-Selective Fixed-term Grade A) as the Press Cooperation Officer in the Spokesperson's Office, ▲ Kim Won-jeong (Local Time-Selective Fixed-term Grade B) as the Press Planning Officer in the Spokesperson's Office, and ▲ Ryu Ki-jun (Local Time-Selective Fixed-term Grade B) to the Communication Cooperation Division of the Communication and Cooperation Bureau were appointed. The term for all is one year.

A provincial official explained, "We plan to hold an appointment ceremony by the 11th and officially appoint them."
