Expansion of Flight Routes in November-December... Promotions Targeting Japan and Southeast Asia International Flights
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] T'way Air announced on the 7th that it will expand flights mainly on Southeast Asia and Japan routes and launch new long-haul routes.
As of this date, T'way Air operates 5 domestic routes and 16 international routes. It plans to increase the number of flights on some existing routes and add Daegu to Fukuoka, Osaka, Tokyo (Narita) routes, as well as Jeju~Osaka and Busan~Osaka routes within this month.
In particular, due to the surge in demand for travel to Japan, the Incheon to Fukuoka, Osaka, and Tokyo (Narita) routes will be expanded to operate up to three times daily by next month. Some flights will use the A330 aircraft with 347 seats to increase seat supply, facilitating convenient travel for passengers.
Next month, T'way Air plans to add new routes including its first long-haul route, Incheon~Sydney, as well as Incheon~Okinawa, Gimpo~Taipei (Songshan), Jeju~Taipei (Taoyuan), Daegu~Cebu, Incheon~Chiang Mai, and Incheon~Vientiane.
T'way Air recommends winter travel with the expansion of international routes and will hold a promotion for two weeks from 10 a.m. today until the 20th on its website and mobile app/web. The promotion offers special fares and discount codes for round-trip bookings on a total of 19 routes in Japan and Southeast Asia.
Based on one-way total fare (including fuel surcharge and airport tax), prices start from ▲Incheon~Fukuoka at 91,000 KRW ▲Daegu~Tokyo (Narita) at 134,700 KRW ▲Busan~Osaka at 116,000 KRW ▲Daegu~Da Nang at 129,100 KRW ▲Incheon~Kalibo (Boracay) at 149,700 KRW ▲Incheon~Bangkok at 165,990 KRW.
When booking round-trip tickets, entering the discount code ‘TRAVEL’ applies an immediate 5% discount. The promotion boarding period is until the 31st of next month.
Additionally, throughout November, all passengers on the Incheon~Singapore route will receive 30kg of free checked baggage. Payment via KakaoPay offers up to 30,000 KRW discount coupons, and NH Nonghyup Card payments offer up to 20,000 KRW discount coupons.
A T'way Air official stated, “We will expand the sky routes with various overseas destinations to help customers travel conveniently,” and added, “Flight reservations and schedules by route can be checked on the official T'way Air website.”
