[Asia Economy Reporter Noh Kyung-jo] Daejeon Urban Corporation and Gyeryong Construction Consortium announced on the 7th that they will officially start the sale of 'Gapcheon 2 Triple City Eliph,' being built in Wonsinhung-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon (Gapcheon District Block 2).


Gapcheon 2 Triple City Eliph consists of 15 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 84 to 122㎡, totaling 936 households. Among them, public sales include ▲84㎡A 216 households ▲84㎡B 258 households, and private sales include ▲119㎡A 145 households ▲119㎡B 139 households ▲119㎡C 80 households ▲119㎡D 80 households ▲122㎡ 18 households.


The sales schedule starts with special supply on the 17th of this month, followed by first-priority subscription (applicable and other regions) on the 18th, and second-priority subscription on the 21st. The announcement of winners will be on the 25th, and the official contract period is from December 26 to 31.


The complex is located in Yuseong-gu, the central area of Daejeon, with well-established living infrastructure and residential environment. It offers a permanent view of Gapcheon and is close to Doan Ecological Lake Park (planned), Gapcheon, Dosolsan, and Oknyobong Sports Park. Homeplus, Megabox, NC Department Store, Galleria Department Store, and E-Mart Traders are also conveniently accessible.


Transportation conditions are favorable with Doandong-ro and the planned Wolpyeong-Doan connecting road nearby, making it easy to access Yuseong IC and Honam Expressway branch by car. Once the Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2 tram station is established near the complex, transfers to Lines 1 and 2 will be possible directly through Yuseong Oncheon Station.


The educational environment allows walking access within a 1 km radius to Wonsinhung Elementary School, Wonsinhung Middle School, Daejeon Physical Education Middle and High Schools, and Doan High School. A sales official said, "As the market is reorganizing around actual demanders, this complex has location, price competitiveness, and product quality all combined," adding, "Especially as the last large complex to be sold in the Gapcheon District of Yuseong-gu, the reasonable sale price is attracting much interest from actual demanders who want to own a home."
