The forum was attended by about 200 people, including Kim Jang-ho, Mayor of Gumi, Lee Sang-rak, Head of Gumi Tax Office, representatives of member companies of the Gumi Chamber of Commerce, and heads of related organizations.

DGB Daegu Bank invited Kim Yong-seop, Director of the Sharp Imagination Research Institute, to provide insights into new business trends and opportunities for the upcoming year 2023 and to discuss overcoming crises, delivering a lecture titled "2023 Business Trends and Opportunities."

Director Kim began his lecture by stating, "If we become complacent with reality, we tend to reject change, but through the COVID-19 pandemic period, we have come to realize more keenly that we must always absorb new changes," explaining that "the upcoming year 2023 will be a year of many changes, crises, and opportunities," and presented "The rise of Conspicuous Non-consumption" as the mega trend for next year.

Director Kim emphasized, "At this point after experiencing the pandemic and economic crisis, there is a fundamental change in our consumption desires, so we must overcome the crisis based on understanding and preparation for this trend."
