20 Households with Adolescent Children, 85 Residents of Gokseong Participate
[Gokseong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Cha Jong-sun] The Jeonnam Gokseong-gun (Governor Lee Sang-cheol) Youth Counseling Welfare Center announced that the family healing camp operated for families with adolescent children was successfully completed.
The center held a family healing camp under the theme "Our Family's Exciting Tongyeong FUN Adventure" for 2 nights and 3 days from October 28 to 30 at Tongyeong Kumho Resort.
The camp was attended by 20 families with adolescent children, totaling 85 residents of Gokseong-gun.
Participants spent time reflecting on the importance of family while enjoying education for improving family relationships and various experiential programs.
In particular, this camp was conducted in a way that children and parents performed joint tasks, communicating and understanding each other more deeply, which received great responses from the participants.
Participants created family newspapers to share their thoughts and opinions and reminisced about past events within their families.
Additionally, families gathered to enjoy exciting games together and created family albums with photos taken while completing various missions, building a deep sense of kinship as a family.
Participant A said, "I am happy to have made good memories with my family, and especially the family album we made together is really great because we can take it out and look back on our memories anytime."
