[eGongsi Noticeable] Aprogen Submits Bid Proposal for Acquisition of FDA-Approved Factory in the US etc.

[Asia Economy Reporter Myung-hwan Lee] Aprogen disclosed on the 1st that it submitted the first bid proposal for the acquisition of a U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved factory to the U.S. sales agent on the 27th of last month, in response to reports that it is pursuing the acquisition of an FDA-approved factory in the United States.


It added, "As of the date of submission of the disclosure documents, there are no confirmed matters regarding the acquisition of the FDA-approved factory in the U.S. local area," and "We will re-disclose within three months or when the details are specifically confirmed."

▲ SoluM = Signed a trust contract to acquire treasury shares worth 10 billion KRW to enhance shareholder value through stock price stabilization.


▲ LG Chem = Will hold a corporate presentation for domestic and overseas institutional investors at 9 a.m. on the 2nd.


▲ Lotte Confectionery = Preliminary consolidated operating profit for Q3 this year estimated at 57.226 billion KRW, up 27.4% year-on-year. Sales for the same period increased by 90.3% to 1.1032 trillion KRW.



▲ Sinophex = Preliminary consolidated operating profit for Q3 this year estimated at 1.2 billion KRW, down 33.9% year-on-year. Sales for the same period decreased by 19.5% to 54.643 billion KRW.


▲ Cowell Fashion = Signed a trust contract to acquire treasury shares worth 2.54 billion KRW to stabilize stock price and enhance shareholder value.


▲ Hankook BnC = The Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Headquarters requested an inquiry disclosure regarding reports that administrative actions such as business suspension on botulinum products have been initiated. The deadline for response is 6 p.m. on the 2nd. The KOSDAQ Market Headquarters suspended trading of Hankook BnC's shares from 9:45 a.m. on the 1st.


▲ Zetema = The Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Headquarters requested an inquiry disclosure regarding reports that administrative actions such as business suspension on botulinum products have been initiated. The deadline for response is 6 p.m. on the 2nd. The KOSDAQ Market Headquarters suspended trading of Zetema's shares from 9:45 a.m. on the 1st.


▲ J-Stick = Preliminary consolidated operating profit for Q3 this year estimated at 9.574 billion KRW, turning to profit compared to the same period last year. Sales for the same period increased by 70.2% to 34.495 billion KRW.


▲ C&C International = Preliminary consolidated operating profit for Q3 this year estimated at 7.129 billion KRW, up 274.8% year-on-year. Sales for the same period increased by 52.6% to 36.16 billion KRW.


▲ Shinjin SM = Signed a trust contract to acquire treasury shares worth 1 billion KRW to stabilize stock price and enhance shareholder value.


▲ KG Mobilians = Preliminary consolidated operating profit for Q3 this year estimated at 10.271 billion KRW, down 16.93% year-on-year. Sales for the same period decreased by 12.76% to 68.154 billion KRW.
