At the meeting, Commissioner Kim instructed participation in efforts to overcome the national crisis, restraint from internal and external events considering the national mourning period, establishment of public service discipline among affiliated employees, and careful conduct in public and private speech and behavior. On the same day, he presided over an expanded executive meeting connected via video with heads of regional offices nationwide and directly requested the same.
