Enercamp Co., Ltd. (CEO Choi Jeong-seop) announced on the 27th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Chabot Mobility (CEO Kang Seong-geun).


Through this MOU, both companies plan to mutually cooperate in building a mobile electric vehicle (EV) charging network and additional related projects to ensure that EV users can use their vehicles with peace of mind.


Kang Seong-geun, CEO of Chabot Mobility, stated, “Enercamp is a promising company with diverse experience and technology related to electric vehicles, and we are very encouraged to collaborate with Chabot, which aims to be a ‘driver life super app.’ Through this MOU, we will provide essential mobile EV charging services throughout the driver’s lifecycle and offer new benefits aligned with the upcoming EV era. We expect to create technological innovations in related fields based on the accumulated experience and know-how in each sector.”


Choi Jeong-seop, CEO of Enercamp, also said, “We are pleased to provide mobile EV charging services to Chabot Mobility members through this agreement. This service has the advantage of saving time spent traveling to charging locations and the charging time itself in urban areas.” He added, “In addition to charging services, we plan to introduce customized insurance products that can protect users from risks associated with using electric vehicles.”


Chabot Mobility is a mobility orchestration platform company that provides all services needed throughout the driver lifecycle, including car purchase, management, and sales, through a single data platform. Recently, it was selected as a final winner in the mobility sector of the KB Starters startup acceleration program hosted by KB Financial Group, recognized comprehensively for its business model, technological capabilities, and growth potential.


Enercamp is the number one domestic company in internal combustion engine vehicle battery chargers and emergency charging battery packs. Based on modular battery technology, it has developed a mobile EV charging solution that can be conveniently used without spatial constraints. This service is currently available by prior reservation at 85 branches of the five major shared office spaces, including WeWork and FastFive.
