[Special Stock] Polaris Uno Rises on News of Considering New Business Entry Based on 110 Billion Won Funding from Group Companies

[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Polaris Uno's stock price is on the rise. It is interpreted that the news of Polaris Group leveraging its abundant liquidity and stable financial structure to explore future new businesses has had an impact.


As of 2 PM on the 27th, Polaris Uno is trading at 844 KRW, up 3.43% from the previous day. Polaris Sewon and Polaris Office are also rising by 2.31% and 1.79%, respectively.


Polaris Group has announced that it is actively considering entering new businesses such as defense and secondary batteries by utilizing over 110 billion KRW in cash already secured and cash generated from affiliate operating activities.


A group official stated, "Even amid a global economic slowdown, we have secured stability and sufficient investment ammunition through the performance growth of each affiliate, debt-free management, and proactive fundraising."


Polaris Office Group consists of three companies: Polaris Office, a specialized office software company; Polaris Sewon, a specialized air conditioning parts company; and Polaris Uno, a specialized synthetic wig yarn company. Despite the global economic crisis, all three companies have secured a solid business foundation and high competitiveness, maintaining stable cash flow and financial structure.
