GTX-C (Planned) Boon: 'Signity Indukwon Officetel' Scheduled for November Sale

The ‘Signity Indeokwon Officetel,’ scheduled for sale in November, will be developed within walking distance of Indeokwon Station on the GTX-C line (planned to open in 2028), a major transportation advantage.


The Indeokwon Station on the GTX-C line, connecting Wolgot to Pangyo, is expected to open in 2025, along with the Dongtan-Indeokwon Line. Once the Indeokwon Station on the metropolitan area’s high-speed rail (GTX-C line) opens, it will significantly reduce travel times, allowing access to Seocho (Yangjae) and Gangnam (Samsung) within about 10 minutes.


Additionally, the Dongtan-Indeokwon Line project covers key areas including Indeokwon, Suwon World Cup Stadium, Dongtan, Gwacheon, Anyang, Uiwang, Gunpo, Suwon, Yongin, Hwaseong, and Osan. This line will connect major regions in Gyeonggi Province and enable transfers to various lines such as the Shinbundang Line, further improving accessibility throughout the metropolitan area.


The directly benefiting ‘Signity Indeokwon Officetel’ complex covers a site area of 1,770.80㎡, a building area of 1,050.95㎡, with 5 basement floors and 23 above-ground floors, reaching a building height of 78.60m. It will feature 126 officetel units with a net area of 84㎡ each, and the 1st and 2nd floors will house 32 neighborhood living facilities under the name ‘Signity Rendezvous.’


The site is located within an ultra-station area, just 70m from Exit 2 and 80m from Exit 3 of Indeokwon Station. With excellent access to Seoul and Gyeonggi via Line 4 of the metropolitan subway at Indeokwon Station, the complex is also conveniently served by city and intercity bus stops located at both the front and rear of the complex.


By car, it takes about 10 minutes to reach Gangnam and Seocho via Gwacheon-daero. Using Anyang-Pangyo Road and the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway, Pangyo can be reached within about 10 minutes as well.


Nearby, there are numerous major educational and research institutions and venture/startup support facilities such as Anyang Venture Valley, Anyang University, Yeonseong University, and Pyeongchon Smart Square, providing a rich demand base. Pyeongchon Smart Square houses many companies including LG Uplus, medical imaging device specialists, and display equipment firms, meeting the residential needs of commuting workers.


About 500m away, Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town is being developed on a 1,353,090㎡ site in Galhyeon-dong and Munwon-dong, Gwacheon City. This large-scale knowledge-based industrial complex and urban infrastructure will be established, attracting headquarters of future core industries such as IT, construction, electrical, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and new materials, expected to become a leading advanced industrial cluster.


Also, 1.5km from Indeokwon Station, the second Uiwang Technopark is being planned. The site has been finalized in Poil-dong, with plans to develop an advanced industrial complex covering approximately 80,000 pyeong. The establishment of the second Uiwang Technopark is anticipated to boost corporate attraction and job creation, elevating the surrounding area to a next-level advanced self-sufficient city.


Meanwhile, the sales promotion center for Signity Indeokwon Officetel is scheduled to open in November.
