[Yeonggwang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jeonseong] Jeollanam-do Yeonggwang-gun (Governor Kang Jongman) announced on the 24th that it will hold the 'Acapella Noreasup' performance as part of the 2022 Culture Day Performance Walk program at 7 p.m. on the 27th at the Small Theater of Yeonggwang Arts Center.
Acapella 'Noreasup,' singing about love, peace, and hope, is composed of young musicians actively working in various music genres such as singer-songwriters, poetry songs, indie bands, jazz, and classical vocal music.
Recently, they released a digital single album 'Peace Arirang,' which contains the history of the March 1st Movement, proving their songwriting and arrangement skills while delivering a message of hope.
In this performance, they will engage with the audience through the '1987 Medley,' newly and intricately arranged songs such as 'Morning Dew,' 'If You Live,' 'Four Seasons,' and 'Evergreen,' as well as 'Dandelion Flying Up,' which contains the pain and hope of the comfort women grandmothers, and the popular pop song 'Imagine.'
Additionally, they will deliver heartwarming music with wonderful harmonies, including 'The Lion Sleeps Tonight,' which is fun to sing together in acapella.
This performance, selected for this year's regional culture and arts center Culture Day contest project supported by the Korea Culture and Arts Association, is hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and organized by the Korea Culture and Arts Center Association and Yeonggwang-gun.
Anyone can watch the performance by coming to the Small Theater of Yeonggwang Arts Center at the performance time on the day, and admission is free.
