Cooperation Agreement Effective from the 22nd

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bong-su] South Korea is significantly strengthening scientific and technological cooperation with T?rkiye.

The Ministry of Science and ICT announced on the 22nd that the agreement on cooperation in the fields of science and technology between the government of the Republic of Korea and the government of the Republic of T?rkiye (Korea-T?rkiye Science and Technology Cooperation Agreement), which has been signed, will come into effect. The agreement aims to establish an institutional foundation to enhance cooperation in science and technology, including information exchange, human exchange, and research between the two countries. With the enforcement of this agreement, human exchanges and information sharing in science and technology between the two countries are expected to expand, joint projects and joint academic conferences will be activated, and scientific and technological cooperation between the two countries will be further enhanced.

Meanwhile, including this agreement, South Korea has concluded a total of 49 science and technology cooperation agreements.
