[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Hanmir, an eco-friendly technology R&D specialized company, announced on the 20th that it has successfully registered a patent related to a high-radiation thermal conductive heat dissipation system.
Hanmir's high-radiation and heat dissipation nanocoating system allows free emission and reception of infrared electromagnetic waves, boasting excellent heat absorption and radiation (heat generation) rates.
Recently, with the trend of lightweight and high-speed electronic devices used in daily life, high integration of electronic components such as semiconductors is progressing. As a result, increased heat generation in electronic devices can cause thermal load.
Thermal load can lead to product performance degradation and even cause malfunction. Additionally, thermal stress caused by internal and external temperature differences can occur in components or cases, leading to product deformation.
Hanmir believes that applying a high-radiation thermal conductive heat dissipation system that improves heat emission can solve these problems.
In June, Hanmir received a 'Building Material Recommendation Letter' from the Korea Institute of Registered Architects for its main product, a non-combustible coating agent, and is certified as a 'Promising Small and Medium Enterprise in Gyeonggi Province' owning 27 proprietary technology patents.
The company is focusing on expanding the usage and application of its main products by applying radiation heat dissipation coatings and non-combustible coatings to LED substrates, heat exchangers, communication relay devices, and automotive powder coating drying lines.
Han Seung-woo, CEO of Hanmir, said, "We will build mass production facilities to expand delivery scale and further contribute to revitalizing the local economy and creating jobs."
