‘ePyeonhan Sesang Anseong Granluce’ Fully Sold Out with Complete Education, Residential Environment, and Convenience Facilities

DL Construction achieved a remarkable feat by completing 100% of contracts for 'e-Pyeonhansesang Anseong Gran Luce,' which was sold in the Dangwang District of Anseong's original downtown area in Gyeonggi Province.

A sales representative for e-Pyeonhansesang Anseong Gran Luce stated, "Despite the current uncertain real estate market, many consumers have chosen our project," adding, "The brand value of e-Pyeonhansesang, a leading name in the housing market, along with its excellent product quality, are considered the main factors behind the complete sell-out."

Within the construction industry, the full contract completion of e-Pyeonhansesang Anseong Gran Luce was already anticipated. In fact, the complex has received high evaluations for its brand, location, and product competitiveness even before its sale.

The Dangwang District in Anseong's original downtown, where the complex is located, is the largest planned city in Anseong City, covering approximately 1.2 million square meters. Nearby are major business districts such as the Anseong 1st Industrial Complex, home to companies like Nongshim and Ildong Pharmaceutical, as well as the Anseong Technovalley, Smart Corepolis, and Anseong 5th Industrial Complex, boasting abundant demand from the surrounding workforce.

Additionally, within the district, there are Ancheong Middle School and Anseong Girls' High School, along with planned sites for elementary and high schools. The Anseong City Central Library is also located nearby, providing excellent educational conditions.

The specialized design 'C2 HOUSE' of e-Pyeonhansesang is applied, and various community facilities for residents such as a screen golf room, guest house, fitness center, Moms Station, indoor playground, daycare center, and small library are planned.

The complex consists of 10 buildings ranging from two basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, totaling 1,370 households. The units are composed by exclusive area as follows: ▲67㎡A 83 units ▲67㎡B 80 units ▲84㎡A 565 units ▲84㎡B 302 units ▲108㎡ 143 units ▲116㎡ 197 units. Move-in is scheduled for October 2024.
