HiM Solutec Holds 'System Air Conditioner Maintenance Roadshow'...Inviting Key Customers

HiM Solutec, a service maintenance subsidiary of LG Electronics' system air conditioner division, announced that it held a ‘System Air Conditioner Maintenance Roadshow’ by inviting key customers to the Sonocam Jeju Diamond Hall.

This event is HiM Solutec’s first roadshow, starting in Jeju on October 14, followed by Busan on the 21st, Daejeon on the 28th, and Seoul on November 4, covering a total of four regions. Approximately 350 customers, including those with existing or potential air conditioning service and maintenance contracts and related organizations, are expected to attend.

At the first seminar themed ‘LG System Air Conditioner Maintenance,’ the features of system air conditioners, the necessity of maintenance, and product composition were introduced, followed by the presentation of LG’s remote management solution for system air conditioners, TMS. In particular, TMS received great acclaim for enhancing customer convenience and cost savings through various services such as pre-inspection, fault prevention, rapid response, and energy reduction.

Additionally, attendees watched a video on the disassembly and cleaning of system air conditioners and were introduced to the advantages and differentiating points of genuine cleaning products. The patented LG genuine cleaning process, environmentally friendly certified chemicals, and services provided in case of future faults are attractive aspects for customers.

A facility management officer from Sono Hotel & Resort Jeju, who attended the event, said, “Through the maintenance contract with HiM Solutec, a dedicated engineer manages 620 indoor units installed in Jeju, enabling accurate identification and analysis of device issues, which has also resulted in significant cost savings. Especially during peak seasons, the prompt reception and quick visits by engineers allowed us to provide the best service to customers this summer.”

Finally, a lecture on mechanical equipment performance inspection and the building management system ‘BMS’ was conducted, followed by a live demonstration of the ‘BMS’ control program currently used on-site. The remote demonstration showcased the excellence of the ‘BMS’ service, which can control multiple university campuses located far apart at a glance.
