Gwangju Global Motors announced on the 17th that as of the 15th, the total cumulative production of Casper has exceeded 50,000 units.

Following last year's 12,000 units, 38,000 units have been produced this year, making it likely that the annual production target of 50,000 units will be smoothly achieved.

Casper is Hyundai Motor's first entry-level SUV, featuring distinctive interior and exterior designs and colors, seats that allow interior space adjustment according to usage, advanced driver assistance systems, safety, and driver-centered convenience features.

The exterior emphasizes dynamism based on confidence and solidity, while the interior shares capsule-shaped design elements with the exterior but uses curves throughout to create a soft and comfortable atmosphere contrasting with the exterior.

GGM expects the popularity of Casper to continue.

First, with the release of the Casper electric vehicle model in the next couple of years, the trend of increasing production volume is expected to continue through parallel production with internal combustion engine vehicles.

Following Casper and Casper Van, the new Casper trim 'The Essential' was launched on the 6th, expanding consumer choices, and this diversification is expected to lead to strong sales.
