T'way Air Launches Winter Overseas Travel Promotion for Southeast Asia and Japan Following New Routes

[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] T'way Air announced on the 14th that it will launch winter travel destinations tailored to preferences and hold a special discount promotion.

If you want to enjoy warm Southeast Asian travel during the cold winter, we recommend Southeast Asian routes such as Vietnam, the Philippines, and Thailand. If you want to enjoy snowfields and hot springs that can only be experienced in winter, we recommend traveling to Japanese regions including Sapporo.

T'way Air currently operates routes from Incheon to Singapore, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Cebu, and Boracay (Kalibo), and from Daegu to Bangkok and Da Nang. The Daegu-Cebu route will resume from December 21.

Since visa-free travel to Japan became available from the 11th of this month, the airline is actively increasing flights on Japanese routes. Currently, three routes from Incheon to Fukuoka, Osaka, and Tokyo (Narita) operate daily, and the frequency will increase to three times daily by December. Additionally, routes from Incheon to Sapporo, Daegu to Fukuoka, Daegu to Tokyo (Narita), Busan to Osaka, and Jeju to Osaka will resume in November and begin daily operations.

In particular, to respond to the surge in demand for travel to Japan and expand seat supply, large aircraft A330-300 will be deployed on the three routes from Incheon to Fukuoka, Osaka, and Tokyo (Narita) in November to facilitate convenient travel for passengers.

From 10 a.m. on the 17th (Monday) until the 30th (Sunday), T'way Air will hold the ‘Winter Overseas Travel Special Discount Tailored to Preferences’ promotion on its website and mobile app/web. The promotion covers a total of 17 routes, including 9 Southeast Asian and 8 Japanese routes, with the travel period from October 17 to December 31.
