Frost is expected in inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon Province from dawn to morning. Management of crop cold damage is necessary.

Dense fog with visibility less than 200m is expected in many inland areas nationwide until the morning. Fog with visibility less than 1km will occur in the West Sea and South Sea coastal areas.

Especially on bridges and roads near rivers, lakes, and valleys, fog may be even denser, so special attention to traffic safety is required.

Until the morning, very strong winds and high waves are expected in the southern offshore waters of Jeju Island, so vessels engaged in navigation or fishing should exercise caution.

Sea waves will be 0.5~1.5m in the East Sea and South Sea coastal waters, and 0.5m in the West Sea coastal waters.

Wave heights in the outer offshore waters (about 200km from the coastline) are predicted to be 0.5~2.0m in the East Sea, 0.5~1.5m in the West Sea, and 0.5~2.5m in the South Sea.
