Superintendent Park Jong-hoon Visits Samcheonpo Technical High School: "Let's Focus Solely on Gyeongnam Education and Gyeongnam Students" Park Jong-hoon, Superintendent of Gyeongnam Education Office (center), is visiting Samcheonpo Technical High School in Sacheon City and talking with the faculty members.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Se-ryeong] Park Jong-hoon, Superintendent of Gyeongnam Office of Education, visited Samcheonpo Technical High School in Sacheon City on the 13th.


Samcheonpo Technical High School, the only aviation and shipbuilding machinery Meister High School in the nation, trains 270 students across three departments: Aviation Industry, Shipbuilding Industry, and Aviation Electrical Engineering.


According to the provincial Office of Education, starting from this day until mid-November, Superintendent Park will visit one kindergarten, one special school, four elementary schools, one middle school, and three high schools under the theme of "Only Gyeongnam Education, Only Gyeongnam Students."


He plans to directly check the educational sites and continue communication with the educational community, focusing on completing future education such as ▲establishing a student-customized education system ▲eliminating educational disparities between regions ▲expanding the educational ecosystem ▲and ecological transition education.


On this day, Superintendent Park listened to the student-customized curriculum unique to Meister High Schools and the employment rate status of Meister High School students, and congratulated the institution on winning the Bronze Tower award at this year’s National Skills Competition.


He also exchanged opinions with faculty and staff about "creating a virtuous cycle structure of admission-education-employment."


Superintendent Park said, “I express my gratitude for the efforts and concerns of the faculty and staff who think only of the students and strive to ensure that learning and growth never stop,” adding, “Thanks to the efforts and dedication of the educational community, Gyeongnam education exists as it is today, and moving forward, let us continue together focusing only on Gyeongnam education and Gyeongnam students.”
