[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] FSN, a KOSDAQ-listed company, and its subsidiary Finger Labs announced on the 13th that they have signed a strategic partnership with 'Hidden Space,' which operates the animal theme park brand Jureongjureong, and Hidden Space's affiliate 'Hidden Block.'
Hidden Space is a space creative group that plans new values for spaces and has been rapidly growing since its establishment in 2012. After opening Korea's first indoor animal theme park 'Jureongjureong' in 2013, it currently operates a total of four branches (Yeongdeungpo, Seoul; Hanam, Gyeonggi; Dongtan, Hwaseong, Gyeonggi; Bomun Complex, Gyeongju), attracting approximately 5 million cumulative visitors and gaining attention as a story- and character-centered theme park.
Utilizing its accumulated space planning capabilities, Hidden Space is expanding its business into F&B starting with the cafe 'Glin Park,' which offers a concept of enjoying relaxation in nature. Additionally, it plans to expand its Web 3.0 and blockchain businesses by leveraging its own infrastructure and has participated in establishing Hidden Block, a blockchain content specialist company, for this purpose.
Through this partnership, FSN and Finger Labs aim to accelerate the offline linkage of the NFT ecosystem. They plan to build a system that allows the use of Finger Labs' NFT-dedicated wallet 'Faveret' at various offline stores of Hidden Space, thereby expanding the online and offline NFT business. They are also considering providing various events and benefits to NFT holders through collaborations between their own NFT projects, including Sunmiya Club, and Hidden Space.
Lee Byungha, CEO of Hidden Block, stated, "By joining hands with FSN and Finger Labs, we are laying the foundation for entering the Web 3.0 business and developing it into a future growth engine. We will actively expand our business by integrating Finger Labs' blockchain technology and business know-how. We are also promoting the issuance of collaboration NFTs utilizing the IP of Hidden Space brands."
Lee Sangseok, CEO of FSN, said, "As Hidden Space is a company that rapidly expands its business by providing new interpretations and values to spaces, it will greatly help expand our offline NFT ecosystem. We will also provide active technical support and consulting for the successful expansion of Hidden Space and Hidden Block's Web 3.0 businesses and cooperate extensively in marketing."
Meanwhile, FSN is developing its blockchain business through its blockchain-specialized subsidiary Finger Labs. Finger Labs has become a leading domestic NFT company by successfully launching PFP NFT projects such as 'Sunmiya Club,' 'Happier Town,' 'Smile Miya Club,' and 'Bellygom NFT.' Recently, it has been accelerating the expansion of the blockchain ecosystem by consecutively launching Korea's first multi-chain NFT marketplace 'Xclusive' and the NFT-first wallet 'Faveret.'
