POSCO E&C’s ‘The Sharp’ announced the sale of ‘The Sharp Park Soleil Yu,’ a reconstruction project of ‘Dunchon-dong Samik Villa’ in Dunchon 2-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul. The complex is the first post-sale reconstruction complex in Seoul and is scheduled for occupancy in April 2023. The sale price is subject to the price ceiling system, offering a reasonable price compared to the surrounding market prices.
‘The Sharp Park Soleil Yu’ consists of a total of 195 units across 4 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 10 above-ground floors, with 73 units planned for general sale. The general sale units by exclusive area are composed of △42㎡ 7 units △52㎡ 14 units △53㎡ 12 units △59㎡A 3 units △59㎡B 1 unit △59㎡C 2 units △73㎡A 1 unit △84㎡A 7 units △84㎡B 20 units △118㎡ 6 units.
Dunchon 2-dong, where ‘The Sharp Park Soleil Yu’ is located, boasts excellent transportation infrastructure. It offers access to the Seoul Metropolitan Area First Ring Expressway via Seohanam IC, providing excellent accessibility to anywhere in Seoul. Using Cheonho-daero and Yangjae-daero makes commuting to major business districts convenient. Notably, the complex is within walking distance to Line 9 Jungang Veterans Hospital Station and close to Line 5 Dunchon-dong Station, making public transportation convenient and allowing residents to share the lifestyle zone of the Gangnam 3 districts.
The surrounding infrastructure is also abundant. Residents can use large marts such as E-Mart Cheonho Branch and Dunchon Traditional Market, and Hyundai Department Store Cheonho Branch is nearby. A sales official stated, “As the first post-sale project introduced in Seoul’s reconstruction sites, it is expected to attract significant interest from many buyers because occupancy can be enjoyed quickly after sale within Seoul.” He added, “Especially in Dunchon-dong, where various positive factors are anticipated and construction is already underway, inquiries about sales have been coming in rapidly due to the possibility of quick occupancy.”
