[eDisclosure Notice] Alteogen Decides 0.2 Shares Bonus Issue Per Share and More (Morning Summary)


[Asia Economy Reporter Myunghwan Lee] Alteogen announced on the 11th that it has decided on a stock dividend of 0.2 new shares per common and preferred share.


The record date for the new shares is October 26, and the scheduled listing date for the new shares is November 14. The new shares to be issued due to the stock dividend decision include 8,584,935 common shares and 149,475 preferred shares.


Following the stock dividend decision, the Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Division suspended trading of Alteogen’s shares for 30 minutes starting at 9:12 a.m. on the same day.

▲ Hanchang = The Korea Exchange KOSPI Market Division requested an inquiry disclosure regarding reports that the company is pursuing the acquisition of a secondary battery equipment company. The disclosure deadline is by 6 p.m. on the 11th.


▲ Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering = Subsidiary Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries signed a contract to supply one LNG carrier worth 346.8 billion KRW to a shipping company based in Oceania.



▲ KT Submarine = Decided on a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase worth 25.158 billion KRW for facility funds. The third-party allotment recipient is LS Cable.


▲ CIS = Signed a contract to supply secondary battery electrode process manufacturing equipment worth 19.52062 billion KRW with ULTIUM CELLS.


▲ A-Fact = Preliminary Q3 operating profit estimated at 910 million KRW, up 35.5% year-on-year. Sales increased 7.2% to 12.58 billion KRW.


▲ Korea Furniture = Decided on a quarterly cash dividend of 35 KRW per common share. The dividend yield is 0.7%.
