Fine Dust Concentration Rated 'Good' Across All Regions

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] On the 10th, a substitute holiday for Hangeul Day, the whole country will be mostly cloudy and chilly, with rain expected in some areas.
In Seoul and northern Gyeonggi, occasional rain will fall until late afternoon, and rain will also occur until night in the central region excluding the east coast of Gangwon, Jeonbuk, northern Jeonnam, and inland Gyeongbuk. Jeju Island will see rain in the morning, and raindrops will fall in the northwestern inland area of Gyeongnam in the afternoon.
Expected precipitation amounts are 10 to 40 mm in the Seoul metropolitan area, the western coast of Chungnam, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo; 5 to 20 mm in inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, inland Chungcheong, Jeolla region, northern Gyeongbuk, and the five western islands; and around 5 mm in southern Gyeongbuk, Gyeongnam, and Jeju Island.
The morning low temperatures are forecast to be between 6 and 14 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 10 and 19 degrees Celsius. Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' across all regions due to favorable atmospheric dispersion.
Sea waves will range from 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 1.5 to 4.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the South Sea coastal waters. In the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 1.0 to 5.0 meters in the East Sea, 2.0 to 5.0 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.
