On the 6th, Daesun Brewery signed a community contribution agreement with the Busan District Junior Chamber at the '53rd Busan District Junior Chamber Member Conference' held at the Busan Port International Exhibition & Convention Center in Dong-gu, Busan, and donated 20 million KRW in sponsorship funds.
The event was attended by Daesun Brewery Sales Director Choi Seong-wook and Busan District Junior Chamber President Kim Seong-yoon, along with other officials from both organizations.
Through the community contribution agreement, Daesun Brewery and the Busan District Junior Chamber promised to ▲ jointly promote various social contribution projects led by Daesun Brewery ▲ support various projects hosted by the Busan District JC and 21 local JCs in the region.
Daesun Brewery decided to continue its sponsorship for five consecutive years to help the Busan District Junior Chamber establish itself as a youth leader in the community.
Daesun Brewery CEO Jo Woo-hyun said, “We have joined forces again this year with the Busan District JC, which carries out various activities for regional development. We will continuously seek and actively implement ways to coexist and develop with the community.”
Founded in 1969, the Busan District Junior Chamber is an organization composed of young people aged 20 to 45 who aim to utilize their potential to help the local community. There are a total of 21 local organizations and about 1,000 members in Busan.
The main activities of the Busan District Junior Chamber include supporting multicultural families, volunteer activities for Filipino Kopino children, youth scholarship projects, and hosting and supporting the U&I Festival.
