Busan Eco Delta City Prime Location... 'Prugio Center Park' for Sale Night View Perspective of 'Eco Delta City Prugio Center Park'

Daewoo E&C announced on the 7th that it plans to sell the private-participation public sale apartment complex 'Eco Delta City Prugio Center Park' in Eco Delta City, Gangseo-gu, Busan.

The complex will be located at 18BL, Eco Delta City, Gangdong-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, consisting of 13 buildings from 2 basement floors to 16 above-ground floors, with a total of 972 households ranging from 74 to 84㎡ in exclusive area. As a private-participation public sale apartment, Busan Urban Corporation will implement the project, while Daewoo E&C will be responsible for design, construction, final completion, and sales.

By type, there are △74㎡A 79 units △74㎡B 52 units △84㎡A 595 units △84㎡B 26 units △84㎡C 124 units △84㎡D 48 units △84㎡E 17 units △84㎡F 12 units △84㎡G 13 units △84㎡T 6 units.

85% of the total units will be sold through special supply, and the remaining 15% through general supply. Since most of the units are offered through special supply, there is high interest from young demand groups and real buyers preparing for their first home purchase.

The common conditions for special supply require all members of a non-homeowner household to meet asset and residence area requirements. Applicants must meet conditions of real estate assets below 215.5 million KRW and vehicles below 35.57 million KRW, and only residents of Busan Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City, and Gyeongsangnam-do as of the announcement date are eligible to apply.

For general supply, anyone aged 19 or older with a subscription savings account for at least 6 months and the required deposit, residing in Busan, Ulsan, or Gyeongsangnam-do as of the apartment announcement date, can apply regardless of household ownership or previous winning status.

Eco Delta City, where the complex is located, is a new city just above Myeongji International City, gaining attention as a new residential area in Busan as development accelerates. Spanning approximately 3.56 million pyeong across Gangdong-dong, Myeongji-dong, and Daejeo 2-dong in Gangseo-gu, Eco Delta City is planned for about 76,000 residents and 30,000 households, with project completion targeted for 2023.

Eco Delta City will include residential and office facilities, R&D, public, and medical facilities, and will be developed as an eco-friendly waterfront city with the Seonakdong River, Maekdo River, and Pyeonggang Stream passing through. The area is also expected to benefit from strong industrial linkage effects due to the concentration of numerous international logistics and industrial complexes nearby.

Prugio Center Park boasts an excellent location within Eco Delta City. Planned kindergartens and elementary schools are adjacent, and sites for middle and high schools are within a 5-minute walk. Green spaces are also planned on the west side of the complex, providing a pleasant residential environment.

In terms of transportation, it offers easy access to Gimhae Airport, Busan New Port, KTX Busan Station, and the 2nd Namhae Expressway. With the future opening of Gadeok New Airport (planned) and the double-track railway between Bujeon and Masan, accessibility to Busan’s city center as well as other regions such as Masan and Changwon is expected to improve.
