Gyeonggi Province announced that it will hold the '10th Gyeonggi Garden Culture Expo' under the theme 'The Power of Plants in the Pandemic Era' at Malgeumteo Park in Nueup-dong, Osan City, until the 10th.

This year's event is notable for being held face-to-face for the first time in three years since 2019 due to COVID-19.

The province has prepared a rich program including various garden exhibitions, experiential events, and conferences under the theme 'The Power of Plants' at this expo.

A conference will be held over two days on the 8th and 9th at the event venue.

Also, at the Malgeumteo Park camping site, visitors can experience the healing power of activities such as flower gazing and grass gazing.

The expo opening ceremony will be held at 5 p.m. on the 7th at the central plaza of Malgeumteo Park.

Lee Han-gyu, Deputy Governor for Administration 2 of the province, said, "We expect that Malgeumteo Park in Osan will be reborn as a healing and resting space for city residents exhausted by COVID-19 through this garden expo."
