HF Corporation, selected as an excellent institution for fair hiring, presented a case of the ‘HF-type hiring model created together with job seekers.’
The corporation introduced that it provides hiring feedback services such as ▲strengths and weaknesses analysis reports ▲customized education programs to help job seekers who were finally rejected in the hiring process assess their employment capabilities and improve their shortcomings on their own.
