On that day, the Civil Division 51 of the Seoul Southern District Court (Chief Judge Hwang Jeong-su) ruled, "It is difficult to see any substantial or procedural defects in the People Power Party's revised party constitution regarding the September 8 National Committee resolution (appointment of the emergency committee chairman) and the September 13 Standing National Committee resolution (appointment of emergency committee members)," dismissing all provisional injunctions filed by former leader Lee.
