10/12~13 Subscription Application
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Woomi Construction is supplying the public-supported private rental apartment "Paju Unjeong New Town Woomirin Center Foret" in the Unjeong 3 District area of Paju, Gyeonggi Province this month.
According to Woomi Construction on the 6th, subscription applications for "Paju Unjeong New Town Woomirin Center Foret" will be accepted for two days from the 12th to the 13th on the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription homepage. Winners will be announced on the 20th, and contracts will be signed over four days from the 7th to the 10th of next month.
"Paju Unjeong New Town Woomirin Center Foret" will be built with 8 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, totaling 522 households with exclusive areas of 64 to 84㎡. The units are mainly medium-sized, preferred by actual residents, with the breakdown by exclusive area as follows: ▲64㎡ 132 units ▲74㎡ 224 units ▲84㎡ 166 units.
The complex is a public-supported private rental apartment, allowing subscription applications regardless of whether applicants have a subscription savings account, as long as they are Korean nationals aged 19 or older without home ownership or members of a household without home ownership. The increase rate of rental deposits and monthly rent is limited to within 5% per year (every 2 years), and unlike general monthly rent or jeonse, stable residence is possible for up to 10 years. Notably, acquisition tax and property tax are exempted, and year-end tax deduction is also available.
All units are mainly oriented southward, which is a distinctive feature of the complex. Additionally, specialized designs considering residents' lifestyles have been applied. The separated household type allows one unit to be divided so that two households can individually use the entrance, kitchen, bathroom, etc., while the share house type shares common spaces such as the living room and kitchen, with private living spaces in each person's own room.
Specialized community facilities exclusive to Woomirin, such as Cafe Lynn, an indoor golf practice range, fitness club, and table tennis room, will also be established. Facilities highly preferred by residents, including Cafe Lynn (Mom's Station) linked with school bus drop-off, coin laundry, gender-separated study rooms, and a small library, will be provided.
Nearby the complex is Simhak Mountain Forest Park, where residents can enjoy a pleasant natural environment. It is also convenient to access Emart, Lotte Outlet, Homeplus, and the planned commercial site in Unjeong 3 District.
