[Asia Economy Reporter Noh Kyung-jo] Yuseung General Construction announced on the 5th that it will launch 'Wonju Innovation City Yuseung Hannaedeul The Sky' in Wonju, Gangwon Province next month.

Wonju Innovation City Yuseung Hannaedeul The Sky will be built on Block 2 of the Wonju Innovation City complex site, consisting of 3 buildings with 2 basement floors to 39 above-ground floors, totaling 386 households. By exclusive area, there are ▲95㎡ 71 households ▲115㎡A 210 households ▲115㎡B 105 households.

The complex features a three-sided open and 5-bay (partial) structure to enhance the efficiency and openness of the living space. The sale price is expected to be set lower than the surrounding market prices due to the application of the pre-sale price ceiling system.

Regarding transportation conditions, it is close to KTX Wonju Station and allows quick access nationwide via the Namwonju IC on the Jungang Expressway. The double-track metropolitan railway between Yeoju and Wonju (planned) is under development, and once opened, accessibility to Seoul is expected to improve further.

The educational environment includes all age groups' school districts near the complex such as Beodeul Elementary and Middle Schools, Bangok Middle School, Yeongseo High School, and Chiak High School, with Mirinae Library and Municipal Central Library nearby. An E-Mart Traders store is scheduled to be built on the site right next to the complex. Homeplus, Hanaro Mart, Megabox, and Wonju Severance Hospital are conveniently accessible within Wonju city center commercial areas.

Also, the Wonjucheon Stream flows right in front of the complex, and residents can enjoy leisure activities at the Wonjucheon Waterfront Park, which features about 10 km of walking trails and exercise equipment. Chiaksan and Baegunsan Mountains surround the complex, and various parks such as Dumulsu Waterfront Park, Beodeulman-i Park, Garaesil Park, and Sambo Park are adjacent, providing abundant green spaces.

Proximity to workplaces is also expected to attract demand. Numerous public institutions such as the National Health Insurance Service, Korea Tourism Organization, Environmental Agency, Korea Forest Service, and Korean Red Cross are located around the complex.
