Hankook Tire, 2022 Second Half New Employee Recruitment

[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Hankook Tire & Technology (Hankook Tire) announced on the 5th that it is recruiting proactive leaders for the second half of 2022 who will lead the future automotive industry based on relentless challenges and passion until the 18th.

Hankook Tire is hiring new employees mainly in research and development (R&D), production technology, management support, overseas and domestic sales, marketing, and SCM positions. Talented science and engineering graduates who will lead future mobility technologies will be selected at the state-of-the-art research facilities and innovative corporate cultures of ‘Hankook Technodome’ and ‘Hankook Engineering Lab,’ while humanities graduates who will drive Hankook Tire’s leap to a global top tier will be selected at the headquarters ‘Technoplex.’

During the recruitment period, various online and offline activities will be conducted to enhance applicants’ understanding of the company, tires, and job roles. The recently highlighted IT technology, the metaverse, has been applied to the recruitment briefing session. On the 13th, detailed explanations and Q&A about the applied job will be held through direct communication with job mentors within the metaverse space.

Additionally, the Proactive Lab Tour, which was temporarily suspended due to COVID-19, will resume. Applicants will personally experience Hankook Tire’s innovation by touring the state-of-the-art research facility ‘Hankook Technodome’ and ‘Hankook Technoring,’ Asia’s largest tire test track.

Applicants wishing to join can apply through the Hankook Tire recruitment website until the 18th. The recruitment process will proceed in the order of document screening, aptitude test (HKAT), first and second interviews, and successful candidates for each stage will be announced on the recruitment website.

Eligibility requirements include graduates or expected graduates by February 2023 from four-year regular universities or higher who meet academic and language standards.
