The firm aims to serve as a base not only for companies entering the North American market but also for North American companies expanding into Korea.

Delight has appointed Canadian attorney Jay Shin (Shin Cheol-hee) as the inaugural head of its Vancouver office. Attorney Shin has over 25 years of experience representing companies in corporate law, including M&A, project financing, banking and real estate transactions, as well as energy and resource deals.
