Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam is conducting the 5th Community Social Security Plan Establishment Deliberation Committee.
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam held a review meeting for the establishment of the 5th term (2023~2026) Hapcheon-gun Community Social Security Plan in the large conference room of the county office.
About 30 people attended the review meeting held on the 4th, including County Governor Kim Yoon-cheol, representatives of the Hapcheon-gun Community Social Security Representative Council, and related public officials.
The Community Social Security Plan is a statutory plan established by local governments every four years to promote community social security in accordance with Article 35 of the Social Security Benefits Act.
Hapcheon-gun conducted a resident needs survey and held a kickoff briefing on May 11, a Focus Group Interview (FGI) with the Eup/Myeon Community Social Security Council, an interim briefing on September 2, and completed a public announcement to residents for more than 20 days. The plan was finalized through the representative council review on the day.
Under the goal of "Hopeful Steps to Improve the Quality of Life of Residents," the county organized five social security business strategy systems, four development strategy systems, and a total of 40 detailed projects including 10 key promotion projects.
The 5th term plan actively reflects the promises of the 8th elected administration, newly includes new projects based on the resident needs survey results, and a large number of public-private cooperation projects led by the Community Social Security Council.
Governor Kim said, "This 5th term plan contains representative social security projects that our county should focus on to improve the quality of life of Hapcheon residents," and added, "We will continue to strive to enhance 'accompanying resident welfare' through public-private cooperation."
