Umi Construction to Launch 'Eumseong Umirin Full House' for Sale in October

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Woomi Construction announced on the 4th that it plans to launch sales of 'Eumseong Woomirin Full House' in October in the Eumseong Enterprise Complex City (Seongbon Industrial Complex) in Chungbuk.

'Eumseong Woomirin Full House' will be built in the Eumseong Enterprise Complex City area of Eumseong-gun, Chungbuk, consisting of a large complex with a total of 1,019 households and exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 111㎡. The number of units by exclusive area is ▲84㎡ 875 units ▲94㎡ 32 units ▲101㎡ 104 units ▲111㎡ 8 units, composed of medium to large-sized types.

The Eumseong Enterprise Complex City is located in Geumwang-eup and Daeso-myeon areas of Eumseong-gun, Chungbuk, and is the central axis of an innovative industrial cluster developed over an area of 2 million㎡ with an investment of about 410 billion KRW. It is planned as a self-sufficient city harmonizing enterprises, residential, and convenience facilities, and is subject to the price ceiling system. According to Eumseong-gun, as of last month, 54 companies are scheduled to move in.

The residential environment within the Eumseong Enterprise Complex City is expected to continuously improve. There are planned school sites and commercial sites right in front of the complex, and with apartments about to be occupied, it will become a large-scale residential concentration area with about 5,000 households.

It also has transportation infrastructure. It allows direct access via National Road No. 21 connecting to Chungbuk Innovation City, and is adjacent to Daegum-ro, enabling quick movement to nearby industrial complexes, providing a 'proximity to workplace' location. Additionally, it offers fast access to nearby areas and the metropolitan area through the Jungbu Expressway and the Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway.

The complex is designed mainly with south-facing slab-type 4-bay units. Also, for the first time in Eumseong-gun, an indoor swimming pool with a toddler pool and shower room will be constructed within the complex, along with community facilities such as a fitness club, indoor golf practice range, study room, and a small library.
