[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hee-jun] Kim Su-ji (26) won for the second consecutive week.

On the 2nd, Kim Su-ji shot 4 birdies and 3 bogeys for a 1-under-par 71 in the final round of the Hana Financial Group Championship (total prize money 1.5 billion KRW) held at Bears Best Cheongna Golf Club in Incheon (par 72, 6,745 yards) on the KLPGA Tour. With a final total of 14-under-par 274, she edged out the group tied for second place, including Hong Jeong-min (20) and Lee Ye-won (19), who finished at 13-under-par 275, by one stroke. This was a come-from-behind victory and her second consecutive win following last week's OK Savings Bank Park Seri Invitational.

Kim Su-ji earned 270 million KRW in prize money for winning this tournament, which had the highest prize money on the tour. Her cumulative earnings for the season reached 922,705,787 KRW. She rose from 4th to 2nd place in the prize money rankings. She also earned 70 points in the points race, placing her second with 543 points behind the leader Yoo Hae-ran (21), who has 579 points.

If Kim Su-ji wins the Hite Jinro Championship, the last major tournament of the season starting on the 6th, she will become the fourth player in KLPGA history to achieve 'three consecutive wins' following Park Seri, Kim Mi-hyun (both 45), and Seo Hee-kyung (36). The upcoming tournament is also a title defense for her.

Hong Jeong-min, who led for three consecutive days, showed signs of faltering from the front nine and ultimately lost 2 strokes. Lee So-mi (23) and Sung Yoo-jin (22) finished tied for 4th place (11-under-par 277), while Ji Han-sol (26) and Jaravee Boonchant (Thailand) ended tied for 6th place (10-under-par 278).

Park Min-ji (24), who leads the prize money rankings with four wins this season, withdrew before the final round of the tournament due to cold and flu symptoms.
