Autumn Swimming and Tennis... Hotel Industry Launches Packages Combining Sports Activities

[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] With the arrival of the cool autumn, the hotel industry is introducing various packages combined with exercise.

According to Lotte Hotel on the 1st, Lotte Hotel Jeju has opened an 'outdoor garden' and 'tennis court' within the hotel after more than a year of preparation. The tennis court is located outdoors at the 8th-floor fitness club in Jeju. It consists of two international standard pink hard courts, where guests can enjoy tennis while taking in the exotic atmosphere surrounded by the Jeju sea and stone walls beyond the courts.

Each court can accommodate up to 4 people, and the usage fee for 2 hours is 100,000 KRW for hotel guests and fitness members, and 200,000 KRW for general users. Rackets and balls are available for free rental when using the tennis court. To commemorate the opening of the tennis court, Lotte Hotel is selling the 'El Court' package, which includes tennis court usage benefits, until November 30.

Shilla Hotel will extend the operation of its outdoor swimming pool 'Urban Island' as a heated pool until November 30. Although it was operated until October depending on the temperature, this year the heating zone has been expanded to extend the operation period. Both the heated pool at 32~34℃ and the poolside heated sunbeds will be fully operational.

Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul is introducing the 'Sense of Balance' package. This product allows guests to enjoy yoga with a home training set. The package includes a one-night stay, breakfast at Granum Dining Lounge, access to the fitness center and indoor swimming pool, a set of three home training items from 'Andar', and granola and Greek yogurt from 'Kinosent'.

InterContinental Seoul COEX in Samseong-dong is partnering with Castelbajac to offer an art golf package. When selecting the Club Corner Suite, which is about twice the size of a standard room, guests can experience the screen golf home simulator 'Pie Golf' in the room, and receive a Castelbajac welcome gift consisting of a pouch, socks, and two sleeves of golf balls each.
