[Asia Economy Culture Young Intern Reporter] A man in his 60s who habitually pickpocketed customers at a traditional market in Busan was caught by the police.

Busanjin Police Station in Busan announced on the 30th that Mr. A was arrested on theft charges.

According to the police, Mr. A is suspected of stealing the wallet of a man in his 50s, Mr. B, at Bujeon Market in Busanjin-gu around 11:20 a.m. on the 25th, and has committed pickpocketing a total of three times since June.

Mr. A wore a hat and carried a backpack, wandering among customers selecting goods, and took advantage of moments when customers were distracted to steal wallets from carts or bags.
