Customers who have registered their bio-information (palm information) with Saemaeul Geumgo can quickly move through dedicated bio-authentication boarding gates without an ID when checking in for domestic flights at 14 domestic airports.

Customers who wish to use the 'Bio-Authentication Airport Linkage Service' through Saemaeul Geumgo can visit the nearest Saemaeul Geumgo branch with their ID and apply.

An official from Saemaeul Geumgo Central Association said, "This is the first case where bio-information has been utilized in a non-financial field at Saemaeul Geumgo, which has been using palm vein authentication for automated machine use and identity verification," adding, "We will focus on developing various services using bio-information in the future."
