GC Care Launches Healthcare Pilot Service for Seoul Firefighters

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] GC Care announced on the 30th that it will conduct the 'Seoul Fire Disaster Headquarters Healthcare Pilot Service' for Seoul city firefighters. This is part of an effort to expand the scope of the personalized healthcare program currently provided to Seoul city employees.

This service targets employees of the Seoul Fire Disaster Headquarters and their families. The main feature is 'one-on-one personalized health consulting by experts.' When inquiries are made through the 24-hour KakaoTalk and phone health consultation center, professional medical staff provide consulting ranging from interpreting users' accumulated health checkup results to tailored exercise and nutrition program recommendations.

Specialized healthcare services are also supported to manage conditions such as cancer, acute myocardial infarction, and cerebral hemorrhage. Users can receive hospital and clinic information and reservation assistance, as well as transportation services for hospital admission and discharge, and nurse accompaniment services at the hospital.

CEO Ahn Hyo-jo of GC Care said, “We hope this pilot service will greatly help improve the health of firefighters,” adding, “In the future, we plan to provide customized daily care services tailored to checkup results using the personalized health management platform ‘Eotteokeo.’”
