KB Kookmin Bank to Launch Second Half Recruitment for Over 700 Positions


[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] KB Kookmin Bank will conduct recruitment for a total of about 700 people, including 400 new and experienced employees and rehires in the second half of this year.


According to KB Kookmin Bank on the 30th, recruitment will be conducted in ▲ UB (general employees) ▲ Global IB ▲ ICT ▲ ESG co-prosperity (persons with disabilities, children of multicultural families, North Korean defectors, basic livelihood security recipients, specialized high schools) new employees ▲ ICT, capital markets, and other experienced professionals.


The UB division selection process consists of document screening, written test, first interview, and second interview.


The Global IB division selection process is in the order of document screening, first interview, and second interview, and the ESG co-prosperity division selection process is conducted through document screening, written test, and interview.


The ICT division selection process includes document screening, coding test, first interview, and second interview. For the ICT disabled division, considering the convenience of applicants, KB Kookmin Bank stated that the first and second interviews will be combined and conducted on the same day.


For experienced positions, specialized personnel are being recruited on an ongoing basis in core growth areas such as ICT, digital, and capital markets. In particular, to transition to a 'KB-type platform organization,' ICT recruitment is conducted in areas such as financial artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, cloud, data, and application development. After document screening, practical interviews and executive interviews will be conducted on the same day to quickly expand the workforce.
