This service applies to Bodyfriend massage chairs damaged by flooding in special disaster areas declared due to the heavy rains and Typhoon Hinnamnor, including Seoul (Yeongdeungpo-gu, Gwanak-gu, Dongjak-gu, Seocho-gu, Gangnam-gu Gaepo 1-dong), Gyeonggi (Seongnam-si, Gwangju-si, Yangpyeong-gun, Yeoju-si, Uiwang-si Gocheon·Cheonggye-dong), Yongin-si Dongcheon-dong, Gangwon (Hoengseong-gun, Hongcheon-gun), Chungnam (Buyeo-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Boryeong-si Cheongna-myeon), and Gyeongbuk (Pohang-si, Gyeongju-si) among other flood-affected areas.
Bodyfriend will proceed with product replacement sequentially starting with customers who report damage. When damage is reported to the service center, an on-site engineer will assess the extent of the product damage and provide free repair or replacement.
