BNK Gyeongnam Bank Launches Full-Scale Effort to Revitalize Nuclear Power Industry in Gyeongnam Region Gyeongnam Bank Headquarters.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Song Jong-gu] BNK Gyeongnam Bank is making every effort to revitalize and relaunch the nuclear power industry in the Gyeongnam region.


BNK Gyeongnam Bank announced on the 30th that it is launching and selling the ‘Nuclear Power Industry Relaunch Special Fund Loan.’


The Nuclear Power Industry Relaunch Special Fund Loan is a corporate-exclusive product that provides a special fund of 100 billion KRW to small and medium-sized enterprises in the nuclear power industry in the Gyeongnam region.


The eligible recipients are companies that meet at least one of the following conditions: ▲ nuclear-related supply companies delivering to Doosan Enerbility ▲ companies registered as qualified suppliers by Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (in the nuclear field, Q·A grade) ▲ companies certified with nuclear quality assurance qualifications (① KEPIC-Nuclear Machinery (MN) ② Nuclear Electrical and Instrumentation Control (EN) ③ Nuclear Structure (SN) ④ Air Conditioning Equipment (MH) manufacturers who have received qualification from the Korea Electrical Association meeting at least one of these standards).


Jung Yoon-man, Executive Director of the Credit Sales Headquarters, said, “Following the launch of the dedicated organization ‘Nuclear Power Industry SME Financial Support Group’ to support nuclear power partner companies in line with the government’s nuclear power industry support measures, we have signed agreements with local governments and related companies and introduced a corporate-exclusive product for the relaunch of the nuclear power industry. As BNK Gyeongnam Bank is actively stepping forward for the relaunch of the nuclear power industry in the Gyeongnam region, we hope this special fund will be a source of strength for the companies receiving support.”
