Paldo Launches 'Tteumsae Ramen Red Gye Tteok Limited Edition'

The Tteumsae Ramen Limited Edition is a product that adds topping soup to Tteumsae Ramen. It was planned to reflect the ‘modisumer’ trend, where consumers cook according to their own taste to create new dishes.

The topping ingredients are seaweed, egg, and tempura, selected through a panel survey. The three most preferred ingredients were applied based on their harmony with Tteumsae Ramen. It is evaluated that the unique spiciness of Tteumsae Ramen is enhanced with savory flavor and crispy texture, doubling the umami taste.

A Paldo official said, “This product features the application of topping soup, allowing consumers to enjoy richer taste and visuals,” and added, “Along with the new product launch, we plan to hold various events, so we ask for your great interest.”
