Hong Taeyong, Mayor of Gimhae, 100 Days Before Inauguration: "Executives Must Be Sensitive to Change and Innovation" Hong Tae-yong, mayor of Gimhae City, Gyeongnam, is giving a special lecture to senior officials and heads of affiliated organizations ahead of his 100th day in office.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Seryeong] Hong Taeyong, mayor of Gimhae City, Gyeongnam, held a communication session on the 29th with senior public officials and heads of affiliated organizations ahead of his 100th day in office.


According to the city, Mayor Hong, who will mark his 100th day in office on October 8, has been visiting residents in 19 eup, myeon, and dong districts since his inauguration on July 1, holding dialogue sessions and directly explaining the direction of city administration development.


He also held meetings inviting regional resident representatives and provincial and city council members to listen to local issues.


On this day, to share the administrative philosophy and vision with the executive team, a special lecture was conducted on topics such as ▲ creating an organizational culture that understands the MZ generation ▲ becoming public officials who respond to change ▲ the fate of public officials regarding promotion and related requests.


Mayor Hong said, “When communication and harmony form bonds within the organization, it becomes an efficient organization that can lead the development of Gimhae. Senior public officials must sensitively respond to change and innovation and secure competitiveness.”
