[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] On the 29th, the Gwangju Western Fire Station announced that it will promote the operation of the 'GayaG AlG' vlog to enhance communication and empathy among employees.
The 'GayaG AlG' vlog will be piloted from July, starting with a teaser, until the end of the year. It is a project to explore areas that employees have not been well exposed to. Currently, a video of the Western Fire Station edition has been produced and distributed to all Gwangju Fire Department staff.
The purpose of the vlog is to create a space for communication and empathy between day-shift (administrative) and field (on-site) employees and to improve a pleasant organizational culture.
Park Chung-hoon, Head of Fire Administration, said, “Through the vlog, we plan to film and distribute videos showcasing various aspects of not only the Western Fire Station but also the entire Gwangju Fire Department,” adding, “We hope that communication and harmony among employees will be well achieved through the GayaG AlG vlog.”
The vlog is scheduled to produce videos by visiting the Gwangju Fire Headquarters in October, and by the end of the year, it will also visit and film at the Bitgoeul Safety Experience Center and newly established safety centers across Gwangju (Geon-guk, Daechon, Bitgoeul) to introduce them to employees.
