Brand Division Asia Economy Grand Prize
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Doosan Construction, which won the Asia Economy Grand Prize in the brand category, has been leading the way in providing better living spaces by accumulating extensive know-how and technology since its establishment in 1960, building a track record in civil engineering and architecture.
'Doosan We’ve The Zenith Central Saha' is a complex that Doosan Construction will launch in November in Jangnim 1-dong, Jangnim 1 District, Saha-gu, Busan, consisting of more than 1,500 households, making it a mammoth-scale apartment complex. It is the first large-scale complex to be built in Saha-gu, Busan in 15 years. This complex will be built with 13 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors, totaling 1,643 households. Of these, 1,291 households (with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 99㎡), excluding cooperative members, will be offered for general sale.
The complex mainly consists of small to medium-sized units (84㎡ or less), which are highly preferred, and are arranged mainly facing south to consider lighting and ventilation. It is regarded as a multi-access apartment complex with proximity to subway stations, schools, malls, water areas, and parks.
In the Jangnim-dong area, subway stations, schools, large marts and shopping malls, and ecological parks are all gathered in one place. It is close to the Nakdong River and the South Sea, and with abundant development prospects, the residential value is expected to increase further in the future.
It also has a well-connected transportation network linking all of Busan and major cities nationwide. Busan Metro Line 1’s Jangnim Station and Dongmae Station are within walking distance. When the Busan Metro Sasang~Hadan Line opens in 2023, it will take about 10 minutes to travel from Hadan Station to Sasang Station. Additionally, via Eulsukdo-daero, it is easy to access the Busan Inner Ring Road and Outer Ring Road. When the Busan Inner Ring Road 'Eulsukdo Bridge~Jangnim Hill underground passage' opens at the end of next year (scheduled), it is expected to take about 30 minutes to reach the Haeundae and Seomyeon living areas.
There is also abundant living infrastructure. Around the complex, Lotte Mart, Homeplus, Sejeong Outlet, Lotte Hi-Mart, and Jangnim Market are all within walking distance. Right next to the complex is the Jangnim 1-dong Community Service Center, and administrative institutions such as Jangnim Police Substation, Saha Police Station, and Jangnim Post Office are nearby.
It is also easy to enjoy rest and leisure activities. Right next to the complex is Jangnim Ecological Park, and the Nakdong River and the South Sea are close by. Jangnim Ecological Park is a waterside ecological park created by refurbishing the Jangnim retention basin. Eulsukdo Ecological Park and Dadaepo Beach are also accessible.
Educational conditions are well established. Next to the complex are Jangnim Elementary School (including an attached kindergarten) and Borim Elementary School, and prestigious high schools in the Busan area such as Daedong High School, Donga High School, Bu-il Foreign Language High School, and Busan Science High School are located nearby. Busan is classified as a non-regulated area, so the qualifications for subscription and loans are not stringent.
