[Asia Economy Reporter Eunju Lee] NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 29th that it held an opening ceremony for the Customer Happiness Center (Call Center) Incheon Center at the Buk-Incheon Post Office located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon on the 28th, and officially began operations.
The opening ceremony was attended by Hyun-ae Lee, Vice President of NH Nonghyup Bank's Personal Finance Division, Jong-hyuk Park, Vice Chairman of the Incheon Metropolitan Council, and Myung-gyu Lee, member of the Incheon Metropolitan Council. The Incheon Center is the third metropolitan area distributed center to open following the Yongsan Center and Yangjae Center. It was established as part of diversifying recruitment of counseling personnel and plans to create local jobs, with a total of 120 counselors working there.
Vice President Hyun-ae Lee said, “Through the opening of the Incheon Center, we hope to achieve two goals: creating quality jobs to revitalize the local economy and providing excellent counseling services by securing outstanding local talent.”
