Care Food Brand 'Healthy Nuri' Promotes Customized Nutritional Meal Plans Based on Angel System Data

[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] CJ Freshway is launching a ‘Senior Total Care Solution Service’ business based on customer data.

On the 27th, CJ Freshway announced on the 29th that it signed a business agreement with ‘Unipos,’ which operates the enterprise resource planning (ERP) service ‘Angel System’ specialized for elderly care facilities, and decided to join forces to provide senior-customized nutritional diets using big data.

This business agreement was arranged as part of the Senior Total Care Solution Service being promoted centered on CJ Freshway’s care food specialized brand ‘Healthy Nuri.’ The Healthy Nuri Senior Total Care Solution refers to integratively providing products and services necessary for elderly life, including customized diets based on customer health data, care services, and housekeeping support. Healthy Nuri, along with care food, offers nutritional diet information, cooking and service education, hygiene and safety management, and has currently established itself as the number one brand in supplying food ingredients to welfare facilities.

Angel System provides services to over 2,000 nursing facilities nationwide and accumulates data on various items such as senior health, meals, and welfare. Nursing facilities that have introduced Angel System can systematically improve nursing services by automating dozens of types of document records necessary for facility operation and management, as well as increase work efficiency by simplifying paperwork.

Before full-scale collaboration, the two companies plan to support the introduction of Angel System to nursing facilities supplied with food ingredients by CJ Freshway, and to load the nutritional diet and cooking guidelines developed by Healthy Nuri into Angel System to observe customer responses. In the future, they expect synergy effects through customized nutritional diets, product and service development combining CJ Freshway’s product planning capabilities and Unipos’s data analysis capabilities.

CJ Freshway plans to gradually expand its network with data-based IT companies, including AI care robot development companies, to provide differentiated Senior Total Care Solution Services.
