[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] KT Alpha's Giftishow Biz announced on the 28th that it won first place in the corporate-exclusive (B2B) mobile coupon service category at the '2022 Consumer Satisfaction Brand Awards.' The Consumer Satisfaction Brand Awards are hosted by JY Network and select companies recognized for high brand value by consumers through excellent quality and outstanding service.

Giftishow Biz is an online service for corporate clients that enables bulk sending of mobile coupons, which can be used for sending employee welfare coupons, insurance and rental gifts, promotional and event prizes, and more. It conducts regular monthly surveys and analyzes customer feedback, using these insights to promptly address and improve customer inconveniences through service updates.

Giftishow Biz is continuously advancing its service to enhance the convenience and efficiency of corporate managers' work. In February, it introduced a survey function to collect customer opinions in addition to the mobile coupon sending feature.
